E-visas can be obtained before departure at https://www.evisa.gov.et/ .
Nationals of Lebanon with a normal passport traveling as tourists can obtain a visa on arrival at Addis Ababa (ADD) for a maximum stay of 3 months.

Warning:
Visitors must hold return/onward tickets.
Visitors must have proof of accommodation.
Passports and other documents accepted for entry must be valid for 6 months.
