Documents Required

1. Schengen visa application form shall be duly completed, dated and signed by the applicant

2. The travel document must be valid for a minimum of three (3) months after the planned

3. Travel medical insurance must be valid for the duration of travel and cover the entire Schengen area

4. Proof of accommodation or travel plan, confirmed flight reservation for the whole travel route

5. Proof of the existence of family relations (family book)

6. letter from employer and/or approval for leave

7. recent commercial circular
8. recent confirmation from national social security fund

9. Bank account statement of the account activity during the last three months 10. Proof of regular income e.g. salary slips of the last three months
