Documents Required

1. A completed and signed Schengen visa application form.

2. A passport or other travel document

3. A copy of all pages of the passport.

4. Two recent biometric passport sized photographs (3.5×4,5 cm) as per specifications.

5. A round trip booking, if applicable

6. Proof of accommodation.

7. Original bank statements for the last 6 months copied and translated

8. Certificate of employment, specifying the date of recruitment, position in the company and salary level.

9. Original of the commercial registry.

10. Proof of enrolment in school/university.

11. Insurance valid throughout the Schengen area and for the duration of your stay.

For every document, you must provide the original and one copy.

The documents are to be presented in (or translated to) Dutch, English, French or Spanish.

Processing time:  The processing time for the application at the German Embassy is approximately 15 working days
