1. The Schengen Application form is fully completed

2. Valid and recognized passport not older than 10 years

3. Copy of the passport data page

4. Copies of previous visas with entry-exit stamps

5. 2 ID photographs no more than 6-months old ( 35mm–40mm )

6. Flight itinerary (including return air ticket reservation)

7. Proof of accommodation (hotel reservation, proof of package holiday)

8. Travel health insurance minimum coverage 30.000 euros & repatriation

9. Work certificate, Commercial circular /Commercial register extract

10. Letter from School/University stating enrolment/current University ID

11. Fresh Dollar account bank statement (at least 6 months) 12. Current family register
