Documents Required

1. Visa application form and the receipt from the Application Portal https://my.udi.no/

2. One photograph glued to the application form

3. Passport valid for at least 3 months after the planned departure from Schengen with at least two blank pages.

4. Clear copy of passport of the biodata page, validity page and previous Schengen visas with entry/exit stamps.

5. Proof of financial means: Bank statements in original (minimum last three months), stamped and signed by the bank/ salary slips (last three months) /pension/last tax receipt or similar. Other financial commitments, such as ownership of property and savings.

6. Original introduction letter from the employer in English indicating position, salary, date of starting the post, and confirmation of approved leave. Company owners/selfemployed: Commercial registry, latest income tax return or/and business financial statement, contracts or similar. Students: proof of enrolment in school/university. Retired: proof of retirement pension.

7. Reservation of a round trip – flight ticket (do not purchase the ticket until the visa has been granted) If visa is granted, it will be issued according to the travel reservation.

8. Travel medical insurance, valid for all Schengen countries, covering the period of stay, with minimum coverage of 30, 000 Euro for medical expenses. 9. Hotel booking / proof of accommodation.

Processing time: 15 days starting from the day Embassy in Amman receives the application.
