Documents Required

1. Passport + copies (residence permit if not Lebanese + copy)

2. Completed visa application form from the website http://visa.mfa.gov.ua

3. One passport size photography: white background, frontal view (3,5 x 4,5 cm)

4. insurance with coverage of at least 30,000 EUR

5. Bank account issued not later than 3 months

6. Employment letter/Student/commercial circular/ ID for engineers/pharmacists/attorneys etc.

7. Family register (issued not later than 6 months before the applying date)

8. Documents confirming that the nature of travel is tourism in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Tourism” agreement on tourist services with Ukrainian tourist operator, tourist voucher is mandatory & hotel reservation

9. Booked round trip air tickets
